Script Consulting Video Sessions
Process:
I will read your script and put together my notes to discuss with you. Then in a 1-hour video session, I will share my initial thoughts as we talk about your creative vision, personal objectives, and your writing process. This will then guide us into a more collaborative part of the session where I will go over the rest of my notes in more detail, tailored to your vision and process, so you can leave the session ready to elevate your script in the next draft. If requested, sessions can be recorded with a copy provided after the meeting.
Written Feedback:
While I strongly believe a collaborative video session is the most effective way to get personalized and effective feedback, as well as real-time clarifications and answers to questions, if you prefer written feedback for your writing process, I can read your script and provide 1 page of notes akin to those given by a production company or studio in the development process. This can also be included with video sessions for an additional fee.
Pitch Consulting Video Sessions
Process:
In a 1-hour video session, you will present your pitch in the first 20-30 minutes. I will take notes during the pitch, assessing from the point of view of a prospective production company or studio buyer. For the remainder of the session we will discuss the notes and how to improve your presentation in terms of pacing, editing, visuals, performance, and story.

Standard Proofread
I review for basic spelling, grammar, phrasing, and structural errors.
Native-English Close Read
I highlight any exposition or dialogue that doesn't make sense or flow naturally, and suggest edits for better flow and clarity.
Sensitivity Read
I read your script for unconscious bias, harmful stereotypes, and offensive language towards cultural or other minority groups.

I can provide the foregoing services on a freelance basis for production companies, studios, or other media entities that are looking for development help on a project-to-project basis. I can also provide full script coverage on potential projects.
